The Board of the Exchange is very pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Moulton as Director and Chairman of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX).  He takes over from interim Chairman, Advocate Graham Hall, who remains on the Board and will temporarily assist to ensure an effective handover.

Mr Moulton is a well known business figure. He is a non-executive Chairman of FinnCap, the stockbroker. A Chartered Accountant, a Corporate Financier and a Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround Professionals, Jon Moulton is Chairman of Better Capital LLP and Chairman of Aurigny Group. He is a trustee of the UK Stem Cell Foundation and an active angel investor. He is a director of the UK Government £2.8bn Regional Growth Fund.

Interim CISX Chairman, Advocate Graham Hall said: “The Board has unanimously agreed the appointment and looks forward to welcoming Jon to the role. His experience, business acumen and insights will be invaluable, particularly in light of the prevailing market uncertainties and challenging economic environment.”
