8 July 2009: Kleinwort Benson’s Private Fiduciary team has been shortlisted for an award at the prestigious Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Private Client Awards 2009/10.
The bank is one of four companies shortlisted in the “Institutional Trust Company Team of the Year” award.
Within its entry Kleinwort Benson’s Private Fiduciary team had to demonstrate a clear strategic vision for the future, a strong focus on client service, dedication to ongoing Continuous Profession Development, and a broader contribution to the wider trust profession and the community as a whole.
“We are delighted to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award,” said Chris Burton, the Head of Private Wealth Management, International at Kleinwort Benson.
“It is testament to the hard work that the teams across Guernsey and Jersey, as well as London, have put in over the last 12 months. It has not been the easiest of times for a number of reasons. However, the team has worked extremely hard and really pulled together, to see us through the challenges and ensure we continue to deliver a high level of service to our clients”.
The winners will be announced at a black-tie STEP Private Client Awards ceremony at the London Hilton on Park Lane on 13 October.
STEP is the professional body which represents nearly 15,000 trust and estate practitioners globally.
