KPMG in the Crown Dependencies have collaborated with Channel 103 for the second year on a vegetable growing project with primary school children. The goal is to have fun, educate, and promote sustainability by growing colourful crops.

A twist has been added to the usual planting project. Not only have KPMG shared the health and environmental benefits of home-grown produce, but by planting a collection of rainbow vegetables such as purple carrots and yellow beetroot, they aim to show that vegetables come in all varieties, shapes, and sizes, just like we do.

Each school has received a wooden planter, compost, and four packs of seeds including purple carrots, yellow carrots, colourful chard, beetroot, and radishes.
This year, four schools have joined the project:
• St Lawrence
• St Saviours
• Trinity
