She has worked across several sectors including financial services, energy and social housing.

Dawn worked for the Cooperative Banking Group for over 20 years in the UK, working in many different areas of the business, but mainly within HR and Business Change, supporting the organisation with its transformation programmes.

Since leaving the Cooperative Banking Group, Dawn has owned her own change management company, working across several sectors in the British Isles, providing change and project management support, employee engagement, organisation design and HR transformation support.

Dawn is passionate about the people side of change and helping make change stick, one of Marbral Advisory's core values.

Dawn explained, "Change is so much more than just a process or system transition. It's about the people involved. I concentrate on the individual's desire to transform, the organisation's culture, how the people are led, and their knowledge and understanding of the change."

She added, "Organisations are beginning to understand that the only way to truly realise project benefits, is when they can help their people change their behaviour. This will only happen if they focus on the emotion of change, understand where there might be resistance and take action."
