Jersey Finance has appointed McKinsey & Co to undertake an analysis of the risks posed to Jersey’s Finance Industry as a consequence of the global financial downturn and to identify their potential impact. The review begins this month and a team from McKinsey & Co in London will be in the Island conducting interviews to help them with their research.

The work is expected to take about five weeks to complete. McKinsey’s advice will assist Jersey Finance and the States of Jersey with strategic planning for the Finance Industry.

McKinsey & Co. is a management consultancy firm with a global reach which advises on issues of strategy, organisation, technology and operations.
