Mourant International Finance Administration has been ranked number one for real estate fund administration, based on assets under administration, by leading trade magazine International Custody and Fund Administration (ICFA).

Of the 27 companies participating in the survey, Mourant has the global market share with almost a third of all the real estate funds under administration. At $53 billion assets under administration, the nearest competitor had $37,4 billion under administration. Mourant was also ranked fourth in terms of assets under administration for private equity on a world-wide basis.
