Leading offshore law firm Mourant Ozannes has advised Hermes Real Estate on the £430 million sale of three business parks to asset management groups Oaktree Capital Management and Patrizia.

The industrial based business parks were Chineham Park in Basingstoke, Birchwood Park in Warrington and Hillington Park in Glasgow. 

Hermes Real Estate Investment Management Limited is a long term and highly valued client of Mourant Ozannes and is one of the largest real estate managers in the UK.

The Mourant Ozannes team advising Hermes was led by partner James Hill and assisted by senior associate Iain Millar. Mourant Ozannes provided Jersey law advice on all aspects of the disposal.
