Mourant Ozannes property team has advised SANNE on the pre-let agreement to lease around half of Building no. 5, the next building to be constructed at the Jersey International Finance Centre (JIFC).

SANNE’s new Jersey headquarters is due to be completed in August 2018 and will house 320 members of staff, making it the company’s largest office globally. This significant pre-let agreement is one of many successful major developments advised on by Mourant Ozannes property team this year, which has now acted for the lead tenants in both JIFC buildings.
