Bedell Trust Suisse (BTS), a leading Geneva-based provider of tailor-made fiduciary services to private clients and corporations, has appointed two new directors to its senior management team.

New to BTS, Cécile Civiale Vuillier has extensive experience in developing and maintaining client relationships and in growing business activity – particularly in the field of trust products and services.

Cécile previously worked in the UK and France and then as Head of another trust company in Switzerland. Following a degree in Trade and Commerce, she gained further qualifications in company law and practice, international trust management, trust administration and accounts, and trust creation.

She is a member of several significant professional bodies, including the British Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC) and the Association of International Business Lawyers (AIBL). Cécile is also a committee member of STEP Geneva.

Vicki Lillicrap has been appointed a director after two years at BTS. With over 10 years’ experience in fiduciary management and administration, she will focus on co-ordinating our fiduciary services in Geneva.

Vicky’s successful career at Bedell Group began at Bedell Trust Jersey and she had previously worked in both Jersey and the Cayman Islands – gaining extensive experience in administering a wide range of complex trust and company structures for high net worth clients.

Bedell Trust Suisse (BTS) is part of Bedell Group – a leading provider of legal and fiduciary which operates in the Channel Islands, London, Switzerland, Dublin and BVI.

BTS covers the full range of management and administrative services in financial and commercial transactions, asset holding, inheritance and succession matters. Its independent status means it can offer objective advice based purely on what is best for the needs of clients.

“Both Cécile and Vicki are really valuable additions to our Bedell Trust Suisse and Private Wealth Management senior management teams. Our clients will undoubtedly benefit from their valuable blend of international experience and local knowledge,” said Bedell Trust Managing Director Nick Cawley.
