Oak Group have implemented a new performance management framework, including 360-degree feedback for all employees, encouraging open communication across all levels. Oak have also implemented a Remuneration Committee to ensure fairness and consistency across the Group, demonstrating we are recognising our people, rewarding people fairly, monitoring inclusion and diversity, growing our talent and developing our people.

This latest round of promotions follows the announcement of three senior appointments earlier this year in Oak’s Channel Island offices.

Chris Clarke has progressed in his role as Head of Compliance, Jersey. Chris joined Oak in 2018 and with his 19 years of substantial experience in financial services, also acts as Compliance Officer, MLCO and MLRO for the Jersey office. Chris is a fellow of the International Compliance Association, a professional member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds a Certificate from Manchester CF Financial Intelligence in Crypto assets and Fundamental AML.

Mandy McCready is now Manager in the Jersey Trust & Corporate team.  Mandy has been at Oak for over 7 years and is an instrumental part of the team in Jersey, with extensive experience across a range of private client structures, having been in the financial services industry for over 30 years.

Chris and Mandy are part of Oak’s group-wide promotions, where 24 people were promoted in June 2024.
In Guernsey, two Senior Manager appointments were made, Michael Le Page and Daniel Savident. Gemma Tibbs and Sophie Maindonald have both been promoted to Senior Administrator, Lucy Hamilton to Administrator and Cailen Johnson, Assistant Accountant. Rebecca Gill enhances her expertise in her current role as Financial Controller.

Nawreen Toraubally and Chloe Aldridge have been promoted to Senior Administrator and Administrator respectively within Company Secretarial, Fund Administration.

Shauna Gallienne becomes Manager, People & Culture and Gina Brehaut becomes Office Coordinator.

Alyson Craig becomes Compliance Analyst in Isle of Man and Diane Crossley has progressed in her dual role as Internal Accountant and HR Assistant.

Hans Ray Boodhoo Goordeen and Aatish Bhoyroo become Manager and Team Leader respectively in the File Reviews team in Mauritius, while Mangesh Ramjutton becomes Senior Manager in Compliance. They are joined by Akhtar Hingun, now Senior Statutory Compliance Analyst, Madisson Rene as Senior Analyst in Wealth Monitoring, Zainab Bankur as Senior Compliance Analyst, Avanish Boykunt as Senior Accountant as well as Selvani Chinnapen and Ishfaaq Hosany both becoming Accountants.
