Ocorian, a global leader in fund administration, capital markets, corporate and fiduciary services has announced the promotion of Charlotte Cruickshank to Global Head of Fund Onboarding and Solutions.
Ocorian provides bespoke technology-led specialist funds services to private equity, venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure focussed fund managers. It is one of Ocorian’s fastest growing business lines.
Charlotte is based in Ocorian’s Jersey office and joined Ocorian as Executive Director – Funds in 2018. She has an extensive background in fund administration and accounting and in particular working closely with clients to define their specific requirements and build tailored administration solutions to meet their needs.
Charlotte reports to Ocorian’s Global Head of Service Lines and business development, Mike Hughes, who remarked “We are delighted to promote Charlotte to this highly strategic role for our business. Charlotte is an essential part of Ocorian’s funds leadership team. She is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in defining and delivering administration and accounting solutions to clients.”
