Katharine Marshall in Ogier’s Channel Islands Local Legal Services team has progressed to a new role as counsel.
Katharine is part of Ogier’s Local Legal Services team and market-leading Jersey Property practice, which is ranked in a tier of its own by Chambers UK. Katharine specialises in acting for Ogier Group clients in relation to institutional Channel Island property finance as well as commercial property transactions and residential development. Katharine’s recent transactions have included multi-million-pound commercial development financing matters.
