Ogier, leading provider of both legal and fiduciary services, has announced that they are the foremost listing agent on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX). Ogier acts as listing agent to more securities than any other firm and has a market leading share of 17.53% of all securities listed and remaining listed (to end December 2010).
Ogier Corporate Finance Limited was a founding member of the CISX and has listed over 400 securities with a particular focus on Bonds and SPVs. At the end of last year Ogier was the leading listing agent for Bonds and SPVs, with a market share of 41.85% for Bond listings and 32.64% SPVs.
