Earlier this week, we hosted Reconnect, a welcoming and informal coffee morning designed for individuals looking to rejoin the workforce or transition into a career in finance.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to hear from professionals who have successfully navigated career changes, either by switching industries or returning to work after a career break. These professionals shared their experiences, offered advice, and provided insight into the diverse opportunities available within Jersey’s finance industry.

We understand that changing careers can be a challenging process, and we are committed to providing the support and resources needed to make the transition as smooth as possible.
