SANNE has appointed a new Director of Global Facilities to support the ongoing enhancement of their growing services and strategic development.
Stuart Harris joins SANNE and will drive the strategic direction of facilities management across the 15 jurisdictions in which SANNE operate.
He brings with him 30 years of experience that has included the management of multi-million-pound facility and real estate schemes, and M&A projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the UK.
Mr Harris joins SANNE from FIS Global, where he was director of real estate for the EMEA region. He managed all M&A and integration projects covering 77 offices in 30 countries within that role.
Mr Harris has also sat on the board of three large private sector companies, and the board and committees of a leading professional governing body.
‘SANNE has enjoyed a period of positive expansion with staff levels growing by two-thirds including the acquisition of new businesses in five jurisdictions. Stuart’s appointment aids us in the next phase of our development,’ said SANNE’s Chief Operating Officer Eric Watson.
‘Stuart has extensive experience of facilities and property management at a senior level working with multiple jurisdictions, and has great insight into global project management to support SANNE’s ongoing enhancement of our group services in line with our strategic business objectives.’
Based in London, Mr Harris will be responsible for leading the operations of all aspects of facilities for SANNE – including the delivery of efficiencies and supporting the ongoing strengthening of SANNE’s service delivery.
He will also manage the global facilities team as well as develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and contractors.
Mr Harris is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) and the British Safety Council.
