SANNE is delighted to announce the appointment of Ashley Vardon as Director of Private Equity Funds. Ashley will be responsible for the delivery and oversight of fund administration services for private equity and listed funds within SANNE’s EMEA business.
Based in Jersey, Ashley brings extensive industry knowledge of complex private equity structures including FSB regulated and unregulated companies, funds and ancillary, co-investment and carried interest vehicles. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Prior to joining SANNE, Ashley was a Director at Ocorian Limited where he spent 11 years and had oversight of teams specialising in private equity and Shari’ah compliant structures.
As part of his new role, Ashley will aim to ensure that SANNE’s best practice, efficiency and integrity is maintained throughout the Private Equity business.
