SANNE, the specialist provider of outsourced corporate, fund and private client administration, reporting and fiduciary services, has appointed Steve Sokić to the newly created role of global head of private clients, with immediate effect.

Based in Jersey and as a member of SANNE’s leadership team, Mr Sokić’s primary focus will be on broadening SANNE’s private client capabilities and reach across the organisation’s entire network and target client markets. This will include delivering initiatives to develop a global services platform with multi-jurisdictional capabilities and the further enhancement of the brand and the division’s bespoke solutions offering to family offices and globally minded UHNW individuals and their families, across established and emerging markets.

Dean Godwin, chief executive officer of SANNE, said: ‘Steve is a highly-regarded and hugely trusted professional, with considerable private client expertise, and we are delighted to welcome him to our leadership team. He brings over two decades of private client industry specific experience, across multiple geographies, enabling us to further develop and enhance our service to clients and position ourselves as a leading global provider in this space.’

Mr Sokić joins SANNE from RBC Wealth Management where he held senior leadership roles in Jersey, the Caribbean and Canada for more than 13 years with responsibility for the provision of trust and fiduciary services to clients worldwide. Most recently, Mr Sokić served as their global head of UHNW trust. Prior to RBC, he was with Deloitte in Canada for ten years, practicing in international tax and trusts.

‘I am excited to be joining an organisation with such a strong reputation in the Private Client, corporate and fund sectors. We have a great team of highly skilled practitioners at SANNE. I look forward to helping shape and enhance our private client division globally, whilst adding value to SANNE’s already strong reputation for high quality client service,’ added Mr Sokić.
