SANNE, the specialist provider of outsourced corporate, fund and private client administration, reporting and fiduciary services, has appointed Eric Watson as Chief Operating Officer with Phil Godley moving to a new group role of Senior Managing Director at SANNE. These changes follow a sustained period of growth at SANNE.
Based in SANNE’s Jersey headquarters, Eric will oversee SANNE’s group support functions of IT, operations, Human Resources, legal and co-sec. His focus will be on ensuring the continuing efficiency and effectiveness of SANNE’s operating platform across the group and build capabilities to support growth across the business’ core service areas. Eric joins SANNE from the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was programme director for Williams & Glyn Financial Crime. Prior to that, Eric was at Standard Life and a member of the Standard Life executive leadership group. Whilst at Standard Life Eric was in responsible for change management, business transformation and acquisition integration. His core experience includes leading large-scale business acquisition integration and divestments, implementing major business transformation initiatives and designing and implementing complex end-to-end operating models.

In his new group role, Phil Godley will be responsible for SANNE’s global product and service offering. Phil will continue to sit on the Sanne Group plc board along with Dean Godwin (Chief Executive Officer) and Spencer Daley (Chief Financial Officer).
