SANNE celebrates another year of attracting, nurturing and retaining top talent within the financial services industry with its people achieving exceptional exam success across its global business.
Since 2004 SANNE’s professional graduate training scheme has seen more than 200 graduates and A-Level students study towards their ACCA, ICSA and ICAEW qualifications. With a high success rate, SANNE’s people have consistently achieved higher average pass rates in both the ACCA and ICSA examinations. 2017 continues to add to this trend with SANNE employees in Jersey, Hong Kong, Ireland, London and Luxembourg achieving a 77.42% pass rate, with four out of the five jurisdictions exceeding the ACCA worldwide average of 50.94%. SANNE’s Hong Kong and London offices obtained a 100% pass rate.
In the ICSA summer sitting, employees in Jersey, Guernsey, London and Luxembourg achieved an 89% pass rate, as compared with ICSA’s worldwide average of 70.92%. Of the 27 SANNE candidates sitting for this exam, four are now fully qualified Chartered Secretaries and one, Claudia Franco was recently recognised as the Administrator of the Year at the prestigious annual ICSA Awards in Jersey in September.
‘We are thrilled with the results our people have achieved in the ACCA and ICSA summer examinations. As a professional administration services business, the continued success and growth of our professional training programme is really important as we aim to nurture, support and evolve our future leaders. Succession planning and nurturing our talented individuals at SANNE is a key part of our business strategy.’ said SANNE’s Managing Director – Client Services, Zena Couppey.
