Appleby’s Jersey office has retained its ranking status for Corporate & Finance, Investment Funds, Dispute Resolution and Property work in the latest edition of the leading law firm guide Chambers and Partners.
The 2017 edition of the respected Chambers UK Guide highlights seven Appleby lawyers as ‘Notable Practitioners’ in these key business areas.
The annual Guide is compiled by a team of editors who conduct extensive research among legal practitioners and clients. Chambers has been ranking lawyers and legal firms since 1990, now covering 185 jurisdictions, and is widely regarded as one of the leading guides.

Partner and Jersey Group Head of Dispute Resolution Fraser Robertson, attracts acclaim for his "unflappable style" and "intuitive understanding of the role of the advocate in court." Whilst Jersey Office Managing Partner, Michael Cushing, is described as “pragmatic and technically strong".
Appleby’s highly respected Property practice in Jersey is noted Demonstrating considerable expertise in a full range of commercial property work, including development and financing.
