A Chartered Accountant, having trained with PwC in the Channel Islands, Alex has ten years’ experience in the financial services industry with a focus on executing transactions in the corporate services, private client and fund administration sectors. Prior to joining Suntera Global, he was an Investment Manager at Aliter Capital, a UK-focused private equity fund executing a buy-and-build strategy in the support services sector.

In his new role at Suntera Global, Alex will be based in Suntera’s Jersey office and will be responsible for the development and execution of an ambitious, global M&A strategy in support of Suntera’s growth plans and for identifying strategic opportunities for investment and development worldwide.

David Hudson, Suntera Global Group CEO, said: “Since our management buy-out fifteen months ago, we have successfully completed three strategic acquisitions across three different jurisdictions. Not only does this evidence our ambition, it is an endorsement of our distinctively responsible and considered approach to M&A activity.  The appointment of someone of Alex’s calibre, builds on our existing management capability and lays the foundations for the continued strategic development of our Group.

With a diverse international client base, we want to continue to develop our global presence to meet their needs and Alex will play a key part in delivering this. We look forward to the energy and focus that he will bring to this crucial area of our business, allowing us to build on the momentum that we have created since the MBO in June last year.”
