Key to informing this decision will be the feedback that is being gathered from the multinational groups that are impacted by the global implementation of Pillar 2. Confidential one-to-one discussions are currently taking place between Revenue Jersey and Pillar 2 groups. The feedback received from groups that have engaged so far with Revenue Jersey on a one-to-one basis has been excellent, with groups commenting that it has helped provide them with practical support and advice.

If you are an in-scope Pillar 2 group in Jersey, the Minister for Treasury & Resources, Ian Gorst, encourages you to make early contact with Revenue Jersey so that you can talk through your particular circumstances. You can email any of the Revenue Jersey team below to set up a discussion.

In particular, groups with views on 2024 implementation in Jersey, will need to make contact in the next 2-3 weeks to ensure that your anonymised feedback can help inform the decision making process.
