Voisin Law Firm won the Best Customer Relationship Management award at the Jersey division of the CIM awards on Friday 18th November. The Best Customer Relationship Manager award is an accolade that is given to a company demonstrating clear business objectives, retention of clients and clear signs of Return on Investment. The law firm managed to attract new clients and improve relationship management between the firm and the clients.
Georgina Jeffries, Head of Marketing, received the award on behalf of Voisin Law Firm. The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) awards were hosted by Ruby Wax and over 500 people attended the awards ceremony.
