Jersey law firm Voisin has announced that their legal alliance, TAGLaw®, has been recognised as “Elite” in the Chambers Global 2013 rankings guide.
This is the highest accolade the guide awards to legal networks. As a member of TAGLaw, Voisin has access to over 145 independent member firms operating out of more than 300 offices in over 80 countries. TAGLaw is one of more than 30 global legal networks and alliances, but they are one of only six to receive the highest ranking of “Elite” in Chambers Global.
In selecting networks for their Elite award status, Chambers pays particular attention to the quality of the firms in the network and to their global reach.
TAGLaw members span leading firms worldwide providing legal services to companies ranging from the Fortune 1000 to local businesses. With experience in more than 20 practice areas and dozens of industries, TAGLaw offers a formidable capability to its member's clients.
Ian Strang, Managing Partner, Voisin law firm, says: ‘When we were selected as a member firm for TAGLaw we joined an international alliance of high quality, independent law firms. The network has provided us with global visibility and the opportunity to share knowledge cross jurisdictionally. The alliance is highly regarded and deserves the Elite recognition from Chambers Legal, this can only reflect well on us all as members.’
Robert Sattin, President of TAGLaw, says: ‘Chambers is one of the premier ranking guides in the legal industry, and we have utilised it in our research efforts to help find the most qualified members for TAGLaw. We are honoured to receive this distinguished recognition, and feel it is a tribute to the quality of firms who are members of the TAGLaw alliance.’
