The club offers a comprehensive programme of training from teaching beginners to swim right through to performance swimming. It is the only Jersey swimming club to hold the Swim 21 accreditation from the Amateur Swimming Association, a hallmark of quality. Current squad swimmers range from competing within the club to National Standard, Island Games and Junior Commonwealth Games.
Over 2014 Walkers Tigers have enjoyed great success. Following a 10 year break from the Arena League (formerly the Speedo League) the club entered a team which successfully competed in the first 2 rounds taking them to the final in Southampton which they went on to win. A fantastic achievement that also saw the team promoted to the first division for 2015.
The club went on to enjoy further success at the Open Meet in Sheffield at the end of the year when Harry Shalamon swam inside the Youth Commonwealth Games standard as well as many swimmers beating their long course personal bests.
Walkers are extremely proud to support the Walkers Tigers. Paul Nicholls, a Partner in the Jersey office praised the club stating "the kids are brilliant ambassadors for both the Island and the firm." After such a fantastic 2014, Walkers is excited to see what 2015 holds for the club.
