The Jersey office of leading offshore law firm Walkers has advised Arzan Wealth (DIFC) Limited and Equity Estate in relation to the establishment of Hill Top 3 Limited, an investment structure for the acquisition of the NWO 'Java' office building in The Hague. The investment structure is arranged and structured by Arzan Wealth and Equity Estate, and Equity Estate is also co-investing in the venture. For Arzan Wealth this is the third acquisition in the Netherlands and the first in its new joint venture with Equity Estate. Arzan Wealth is a DIFC-based investment advisory firm regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

In addition to Walkers, the parties were advised by AKD, BDO and NL Real Estate, with administration services provided by the Fairway Group. Taco de Lange, Notaris-partner from AKD commented:

"I have worked with other Jersey firms and companies before, but it was the first time with Walkers and I was impressed by their constructive attitude and speed of work."

The Walkers team was led by partner Nigel Weston with assistance from senior associate Bella Ward and associate Hayden Reyngoud.
