Jersey practice announces new partner, Adam Chester
(St Helier, Jersey – April 14 2014) – Leading international financial and transactional law firm Walkers today announces that Adam Chester has joined the Finance and Corporate Group in Jersey as a partner.
Adam’s skills and expertise in advising domestic and international businesses on all aspects of Jersey company and commercial law will further strengthen the Firm’s renowned and highly-rated practice in Jersey.

Prior to joining Walkers, Adam founded CGI Legal, an independent corporate legal services provider in Jersey, which provided non-contentious and transactional legal services. Before that, he spent six years at Ogier in Jersey and five years practicing as an English solicitor at two international law firms in London. He also spent time on secondment with large multinational businesses in the UK and Russia.
Adam specialises in advising on mergers, acquisitions and disposals including MBOs and LBOs, banking and finance work, company reorganisations, listings and secondary fundraisings on various international exchanges. He also advises on private equity transactions, insolvency and restructuring, debt reorganisation, corporate governance and general matters of company and commercial law.
