Leading international law firm Walkers has welcomed Nichola Brennan TEP to its Private Capital & Trusts team in Jersey as senior counsel.
Nichola joins Walkers after previous roles at Appleby and Carey Olsen. She specialises in non-contentious trust, foundation and family office matters for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
As a committee member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Jersey branch, Nichola is a prominent figure in Jersey’s private wealth sector. She also sits on the Trusts Law, Foundations Law and Charities Law government advisory working groups in Jersey.
