The topic garnered lots of interest from the 70+ audience members and prompted lively debate. The event explored impacts on fund accessibility and liquidity, regulatory considerations and challenges, investor demographics and real-world case studies.

Jersey Finance’s Elliot Refson presented at the seminar and Philip Pirecki took part in the panel discussion. The event was an excellent opportunity to develop connections and to highlight Jersey’s expertise.
The recent guidance by the Jersey Financial Services Commission focussing on the growing trend of asset tokenisation was of interest to many. A key takeaway was the fact that Jersey treats tokenisation in the same way as securitisation vehicles, so it’s a solution that is proven, flexible and has regulatory clarity.
