Our Information Technology Generalist – Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our Tech & Transformation team as a Business Enablement (BE) Innovator in the Channel Islands. As a BE Innovator, you will be responsible for driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to improve our internal processes, systems, and services.

As part of our team based in Jersey, you will work alongside skilled and experienced Project Managers and IT specialists. Technology is central to our strategy, and the Tech & Transformation team plays a vital role in integrating digital solutions into our firm. As a BE Innovator, you will have the chance to establish relationships and enable new technology solutions across the business, revolutionising the way we operate.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative solutions.
– Manage the day-to-day communication of stakeholders.
– Build a network through collaboration with key contacts across the wider PwC network to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology, business processes, and internal services.

• Project Management
– Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within BE.
– Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept experiments to validate the potential of new ideas.
– Develop and prototype new ideas, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.
– Set up and manage projects for the delivery of innovative solutions.

• Project Delivery
– Collaborate with IT teams, process owners, and other stakeholders to implement and deploy innovative solutions.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
– Document and communicate project progress, findings, and outcomes to stakeholders and management.

• Change Management
– Design & Implement Changes
– Assess the Impact of Changes

• Knowledge and best practice
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology and transformation to continuously enhance our business analysis approach.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent related experience.

• Proven experience in driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions within an organisation and similar department.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, systems, and technologies.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends such as automation, digital transformation, and data analytics.

Travel Requirements

Ad hoc travel to Guernsey as and when required.
