What is the opportunity?
The role of Officer, Client Services Support is responsible for the coordinated collection of external information to assist in the production and delivery of performance analysis reports (Emaps). Liaise with Fiduciary management team to clear outstanding queries to allow finalisation of performance analysis reports.
You will be responsible for the preparation of periodic reporting for Trusts and Companies that are either part of a structure or individual entities. You will also contribute to annual financial statements production by completing cash sections of accounts file in line with business deadlines.
What will you do?
Liaise with internal & external partners to collect information & resolve queries for Emap reviews. Distribute relevant documentation to linked parties following internal process.
Work closely with internal partners to resolve queries for quarterly Standard Reporting production following internal process and client deadlines.
Adhere to strict schedules and deadlines for production of cash sections of annual financial statements production to include reconciling /verifying cash balances & reconciling RBC fees.
Support with the reviewing of documentation and correspondence for financial implications.
Contribute to annual financial statements production by completing cash sections of accounts file in line with business deadlines.
Other ad hoc project work as required.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft skills with experience of spreadsheet packages.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets.
Nice-to-have
Experience in fiduciary services or related business.
