The 12th Edition of  ‘First for Finance’ has been published by The Times Group.

Hear from Joe Moynihan, Jersey Finance’s Chief Executive; Dr Gunther Thumann, Chairman; and Allan Wood, Global Head of Business Development. A new Jersey Finance publication showcasing Jersey’s commercial and cultural connections with the US has been launched. ‘Jersey for US Fund Managers‘ complements our US video in promoting Jersey to legal and financial service providers in the US, particularly in the funds sector. There are contributions from several Member firms, as well as an interesting section on links between the US and Jersey away from the world of finance.

New White Paper: IFI's 'Fund Domiciliation in a Fast-Changing World'

IFI Global has just published a white paper on fund domiciliation patterns and how they could be at a turning point. IFI reports that many US fund managers are considering their domiciliation options more closely these days and this is, in part, because of growing costs and regulatory requirements of being in certain Caribbean jurisdictions. The white paper is entitled ‘Fund Domiciliation in a Fast-Changing World’.
