New Article: Limited Partnership Amendment Enables Easier Migration to Jersey
In a recent article featured in Real Deals magazine, we discussed changes to Jersey’s Limited Partnership legislation. The changes will make it easier for fund managers to migrate limited partnership fund structures – commonly used for private equity funds – to Jersey.
It adds to the range of options open to managers, who in the current climate are exploring how they can better navigate the complex environment.
