The first Employment and Growth Survey for 2019 was launched on Monday 1 April and will close on Friday 3 May. Thank you to the firms who have already submitted responses.

On Monday 13 May, we will be hosting an event at the Royal Yacht entitled ‘Jersey’s Evolving Relationship with Africa’. Fintech Demo Day 2019
We will be hosting our Fintech Demo Day on Thursday 2 May, 8.30 am – 12.30 pm, at the Radisson Hotel. This event will showcase fintech products and thought leadership trends from on and off-island firms in the areas of artificial intelligence, regulatory technology, and innovation. We will be holding the final in our three-part London funds masterclass series, this time looking at tax and Brexit, with a focus on capital gains tax (CGT) and real estate investment, on Tuesday 30 April.

We are delighted to announce that Lisa Springate, our Head of Technical, has been elected as the new Chair of the Institute of Directors, Jersey. Lisa will succeed Chris Clark at the IoD’s Annual Members’ Meeting on 23 May 2019.
Lisa has been a member of the board of the IoD since 2017. A UK Barrister/Jersey Advocate, as Head of Technical at Jersey Finance, her role is to represent the finance industry’s needs and concerns over legislation, regulation and innovation to enhance its jurisdictional offering.Read More
