Wellbeing was something IoD Jersey had already been focusing on, but the Covid-19 lockdown, highlighted it more than ever. From coping with stress and isolation, to work/life balance when home working; many of us had to deal with increased challenges. We therefore teamed up with leading wellbeing experts, Joanne Reid Rodrigues and Tracy Forsyth, for a series of free webinars to cover some of the main issues.
Hard working and driven people are also often self-critical and that’s why Tracy, a certified professional Executive Coach, looked at why your inner critic can sometimes hold you back, and how the work/life balance is critical for productivity.
Joanne, one of the UK’s foremost therapists and life-management trainers, looked at the role diet plays in mental wellness, from the effects of bad food, to how we try to use it and alcohol to distract us from stress.
