In terms of lessons, the thing that 2024 highlighted for me is something that we're all aware of but sometimes we need reminding...
Things change so quickly. And for us to be successful, both personally and professionally – and as a jurisdiction – we need to understand change, we need to embrace it and we need to ensure that we can adjust to meet the change.

My takeaway [of 2024] was walking the talk.
Knowing how much emphasis we’re placing on things like life-long learning and sustainability, I decided to combine the two in 2024 and undertook the Equilibrium Futures ‘Understanding Sustainable Finance’ course, which I really enjoyed.
