Frank is the Eastern Africa Markets Leader for EY Africa responsible for leading the firm’s growth in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Ethiopia across the Consulting, Transactions, Assurance and Tax services in line with EY’s significant investment plan and growth ambitions. Frank has worked for and advised organisations across Africa, UK, US, Europe and Russia and his 20yrs expertise and experience are in Strategy, M&A, Governance and Transformational Leadership. Prior to joining EY, he was Managing Director for an M&A and Advisory firm in London, an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in London and held various management roles in global firms in UK and Africa. Frank holds Executive Management qualifications from MIT (US), University of California San Diego (US) and General Assembly (UK). He also holds a Bachelor of Law degree and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Daniel Ngumy is a Partner at ALN Kenya, Anjarwalla & Khanna and heads the firm’s Tax department. He specialises in regional and international tax law and has extensive experience in tax disputes and tax transactional matters. Daniel provides ongoing tax advice on matters affecting clients across various industries. He has advised on a variety of matters, from debt and equity transactions to mergers and acquisitions. Daniel chairs the Law Society's Tax Committee and is a regular speaker at local and international conferences. He is ranked by Chambers Global under tax law and private wealth law.

Esiri is a Partner with PwC Nigeria. She leads the Private Wealth Client Services team which provides specialised services to high net worth families and entrepreneurs. The team ensures they are personally tax compliant and their international structures are optimal for succeeding generations. Esiri holds a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology, University of Ibadan, is a Fellow member of several professional associations. She has done several international courses including the Private Equity Master Class in London Business School and International Tax in New York University. Esiri also mentors, writes articles and speaks regularly at conferences.

Michael leads Clyde & Co's corporate/M&A team for East Africa – advising international companies and funds on strategic transactions across the region. He splits his time between Nairobi and Dar es Salaam – having relocated to the region from the City of London eight years ago. His team received the "Highly Commended" award for continent-wide M&A Team of the Year at this year's African Legal Awards.

Theophilus is the Managing Partner at the law firm ǼLEX. His practice, of over 30 years, is focused on corporate and commercial law and taxation. Theo regularly advises on acquisitions in Nigeria and in Ghana and draws on his multifaceted background of law and engineering to provide insightful advice to the firm’s clients. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and is also currently the Vice Chair of the International Fiscal Association, Nigeria. Theo was also a member of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Committee set up by the Nigerian government to advise it on reforms aimed at developing private equity in Nigeria.

Saleem Sheikh is the Senior Partner at GSC Solicitors LLP, a Legal 500-recommended commercial law firm based in the City. Saleem advises private individuals and corporate clients whose business and personal interests are international in nature. A prominent figure advising on wealth management, Saleem is recognised in the CityWealth Leaders List. Saleem is also the winner of ‘Entrepreneurial Individual of the Year’ in the Magic Circle Awards and included in 100 Power Muslim that comprises of people who have achieved excellence within their sector. Saleem has also been selected and appointed as the President of the UKPBC, a leading international business network.
