Frank has worked for and advised organisations across Africa, UK, US, Europe and Russia and his 20yrs expertise and experience are in Strategy, M&A, Governance and Transformational Leadership. Prior to joining EY, he was Managing Director for an M&A and Advisory firm in London, an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in London and held various management roles in global firms in UK and Africa. Frank holds Executive Management qualifications from MIT (US), University of California San Diego (US) and General Assembly (UK). He also holds a Bachelor of Law degree and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Daniel Ngumy

Daniel Ngumy is a Partner at ALN Kenya, Anjarwalla & Khanna and heads the firm’s Tax department. He specialises in regional and international tax law and has extensive experience in tax disputes and tax transactional matters. Michael leads Clyde & Co's corporate/M&A team for East Africa – advising international companies and funds on strategic transactions across the region. He splits his time between Nairobi and Dar es Salaam – having relocated to the region from the City of London eight years ago. His team received the "Highly Commended" award for continent-wide M&A Team of the Year at this year's African Legal Awards.

Theophilus Emuwa

Theophilus is the Managing Partner at the law firm ǼLEX. His practice, of over 30 years, is focused on corporate and commercial law and taxation. Theo regularly advises on acquisitions in Nigeria and in Ghana and draws on his multifaceted background of law and engineering to provide insightful advice to the firm’s clients. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and is also currently the Vice Chair of the International Fiscal Association, Nigeria.
