Hosted by The Drawdown, a leading private equity publication for operational professionals, the awards look to recognise service providers in the private equity market that deliver exceptional customer service.

Carey Olsen has been shortlisted alongside Goodwin Procter LLP, Paul Hastings LLP and Travers Smith in a combined offshore and onshore legal category. The firm will be looking to repeat its success from the last Private Equity Service Provider Awards where it was named best offshore law firm in the fund formation category.

Winners of the 19 categories will be chosen by a panel of judges made up from leading private equity chief operating officers, chief financial officers, chief commercial officers, general counsel and chief technology officers.

This year’s awards take place on Monday 5 October at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
