Crestbridge is delighted to have been awarded the ‘Healthiest Workplace’ award at the Jersey Leaders in WellBeing Awards 2020 on Friday 6 November.

Crestbridge was recognised for its efforts in making the health and wellbeing of employees a priority and for encouraging a consistent, positive approach to health and wellbeing in the workplace. As a business, Crestbridge has always seen its people as the heart of the organisation and as such has a regular annual plan of wellbeing initiatives and support channels available to all staff at each of the six office locations.

“This is excellent recognition for Crestbridge and would not have been possible without the hard work that our business has put into supporting our people during a very challenging year. In particular the huge amount of work carried out at the beginning of lockdown to help our workforce transition smoothly to home working is testament to the commitment our organisation has to its employees,” stated Fiona St Clair-Bolam, Group Head of HR.

The various initiatives and activities that were highlighted included regular weekly Woga (workplace yoga) session, healthy breakfasts during the month of January, access to the Lifeworks app for staff and families and the mental health and resilience training offered to all employees. In addition, Crestbridge was recognised for the positive adaptions made to employee communications and the support offered to its staff throughout the Covid-19 crisis during remote working. Combined, these activities demonstrated commitment to prioritising and maintaining employee wellbeing across all Crestbridge jurisdictions.

The Jersey Leaders in WellBeing Awards were judged by members of the independent judging panel who were all keynote speakers at the Leaders in WellBeing – Re-imagined 2020 Summit.
