Award-winning funds, private wealth, and corporate services provider HIGHVERN is expanding its funds team in Jersey by appointing two experienced funds directors to complement the fast-growing team. This move solidifies HIGHVERN’s position as a leading player in the global fund services industry, driving its client centric approach forward.
Dennis Cruz has assumed the role of Director, Fund Accounting in Jersey, bringing a wealth of experience in delivering accounting, administration, and financial reporting services to funds across various jurisdictions. With 19 years’ combined experience in external auditing, financial services accounting and administration, and a particular focus on Private Equity, Dennis will prove to be a valuable addition to the team.
In his capacity as Director of Funds, Richard Go will be overseeing the delivery of high-quality fund administration services to a diverse portfolio of clients across asset classes and jurisdictions. He has more than 16 years of audit and accounting experience, with a focus on the offshore financial services industry covering a wide range of Funds and the Capital Markets sector.
