Having won the title for seven years in a row, Jersey has consistently ranked higher for its expertise and financial service offering than other shortlisted jurisdictions Cayman Islands, Isle of Man, Singapore, and Guernsey.

The award was collected at the ceremony on 23 January at the Rosewood London Hotel by Jersey Finance’s Lisa Springate, Head of Technical, and Robert Moore, Business Development Director for the UK.

Organised by events and publishing group Citywealth, the awards were established eight years ago to highlight the expertise and service excellence of advisors and managers in the private wealth sector in major IFCs. They are judged by an international panel of highly respected practitioners from all sectors, with winners being selected based on their excellence, achievement, innovation, expertise and service.

Commenting on Jersey Finance, the organisation’s CEO Geoff Cook said:

“I am delighted to see Jersey recognised as a world-leading IFC yet again. Clearly our reputation remains very positive and the expertise of our financial services professionals is highly valued by clients and neighbouring markets.

“We will continue to work with key stakeholders in the finance industry and maintain our positive international relations and world-class service, particularly as we look to go through an interesting year politically. I would like to thank the judging panel and our business-partners for ensuring our work is recognised with such consistency, year-on-year.”
