Rachael joined the Company in October 2018 as an Associate Director in the Regulatory & Risk team, and has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry in corporate secretarial, trust and company administration and compliance roles. Prior to joining MUFG, Rachael spent the past five years’ in a funds compliance role, including four years as Compliance Officer for a portfolio of Jersey Certified Funds and regulated Managed Entities. Rachael holds both ICSA Professional and a number of International Compliance Association qualifications.
