Pinel Advocates is delighted to announce the recruitment of senior property lawyer, Advocate Peter Bertram, to its growing property team.
Advocate Bertram has extensive commercial and residential property experience, having been a Partner at two large Jersey law firms. He will lead the development of Pinel Advocates' commercial and residential property offering.
Pinel Advocates' Partner, Advocate Andrew Pinel, said "We excited about Peter's appointment and the development of our commercial and residential property services. Over the past few years, we have been advising on commercial property matters, but have not been taking on many residential property instructions. That will now change, with the recruitment of Peter and two consultant conveyancers. We can now provide a full commercial and residential property service and will bring our typically proactive and efficient approach to both."
Pinel Advocates has also developed a bespoke online conveyancing portal, to provide a direct connection between the firm, buyers, sellers and agents. Using the portal, clients will be able to see the progress of their conveyances at any time and will receive emails and text messages updating them as to progress.
As with corporate and commercial matters, Pinel Advocates will provide very competitive fixed fee arrangements, whilst still maintaining the quality of service for which it has become known.
