MUFG Investor Services Jersey has announced that Keith McSorley has been appointed to the Board of Directors for its Administration and Management Companies in Jersey, whilst Luciano Brambilla has been appointed as the Compliance Manager for Jersey.
Mr McSorley joined the Company in 2017 as a Director within the Infrastructure team. Prior to this, Keith held senior positions at UBS in the Channel Islands having started his career with Barclays International Funds.
In addition, Luciano Brambilla has joined the company as Compliance Manager responsible for the MUFG Alternative Fund Services (Jersey) Limited and the management company MUFG Jersey Management Company Limited and is responsible for MUFG Group Compliance initiatives in Jersey.
Luciano has been working in the Jersey finance industry for more than 30 years. He has previously worked at the Jersey Financial Services Commission and held senior positions at large institutional fund administrators, boutique fund administrators and as a director at the largest independent trust company, as well as having provided consultancy and training services to such organisations and to independent investment advisors. Luciano is a fellow of ICSA and member of the CISI and is also the Chairman of the Jersey Compliance Officers Association.
