It was a perfect, sunny day for the VG volunteers at Jersey Hospice Care’s Mont Cochon site on Friday 29 September as they cleared overgrown landscaping to reveal the beautiful sculpture display recently installed at the site. The teamwork and fun were brought by VG colleagues James Amos, Bronya Arthur (pictured) and Karen Grieve.

This latest visit is part of a regular commitment that VG and its staff have made to supporting Hospice. To mark VG’s 40th anniversary in 2022 as a Jersey-based Private Wealth, Funds and Corporate Services provider, staff choose Hospice as their community partner for two years.

As well as many hours of volunteering at the Mont Cochon facility and the St Ouen retail outlet, VG was the main sponsor of the 25th Hospice Dragon Boat Festival which took place on 16 September and colleagues have raised more than £14,000 so far.
