School Leaver Accelerated Training Programme

If you’ve finished your A levels or equivalent, or are about to, EY’s 3 year accelerate training programme could be for you. It’s specifically designed for school leavers as an alternative to university and allows you to apply your knowledge, learn new skills and start a rewarding career.

You’ll join in September as part of a supportive cohort, earning from day one while studying towards a globally recognised professional qualification. EY embraces diversity and believes in harnessing your unique strengths, so there are no minimum grade requirements or subjects you need to have studied to join the programme.
