Join the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman (CIFO), Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) and the Jersey Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), in conjunction with Jersey Finance for a joint panel discussion on ‘Complaints Handling Good Practices’. This panel discussion is aimed at industry stakeholders working predominantly in the banking and investment sectors.

Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss good practices with the panel and gain valuable knowledge on complaint handling good practices, as well as the opportunity to network with peers.
