Our events aim to offer insight and inspiration from a range of experts, while enabling women in leadership to support each other by connecting and building global networks.

Delegates at this women-only event will hear keynotes from Jersey Finance’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Amy Bryant, and Nouf Aldakhil, Head of the CEO Office at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), and the following female business leaders and authorities in their fields who will share their experiences and insights in the financial services industry in a panel discussion.

Amy Bryant › Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Jersey Finance

Amy is Deputy Chief Executive of Jersey Finance. Amy joined Jersey Finance in 2011, becoming Chief Operating Officer in January 2014 and assumed her current role in September 2017. Amy also retains an active position leading the Strategy and Research team which undertakes projects and initiatives to develop the financial services industry in the Island.

Amy was born and educated in Jersey and subsequently went on to study at Durham University where she graduated with an honours degree in Natural Sciences.

Previous to Jersey Finance, Amy worked for PwC in the Channel Islands where she specialised in the taxation of offshore funds and Jersey corporate vehicles and provided international structuring advice to a global client base. Whilst working within the tax team, Amy was admitted to the Chartered Institute of Taxation as a Chartered Tax Advisor. Amy initially qualified as a chartered accountant within PwC’s Assurance team working on the audits of a number of banks, financial institutions and public sector bodies.

An joined Jersey Finance in May 2016 as the Business Development Director for Asia and is now based in our Middle East Regional Hub office, in the DIFC in Dubai.

An studied law in Belgium at the University of Leuven including one Erasmus exchange year at Queen Mary and Westfield College in London. She subsequently did an LLM in international business law at Trinity College Dublin.

An qualified as a lawyer in Belgium before moving to Dublin to work in the international business team of the law firm Matheson. In 2009, she went to work for ATC Corporate Services in Luxembourg as a corporate lawyer and later as a business unit manager. After a shareholding change in 2013, ATC Corporate Services merged with the Intertrust Group. An joined the Intertrust Hong Kong office in 2014 as a business unit director for the European and the Private Equity team.

Nouf Aldakhil

Nouf Aldakhil is the Head of the CEO Office at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). She has a diverse experience in leading special projects, managing teams, and developing strategies across various sectors. She has successfully planned and executed projects that resulted in productivity improvements. She has also built and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. She holds a Bachelor in Fine Art from Syracuse University, New York. Her work stream has diverted from the Fine Art where she mastered the art of project management. She has several certificates in project management, business development, strategic thinking, and leadership from prestigious institutions such as Project Management Institute, University of Michigan, Imperial College London, and Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

Alia Haskouri

Alia Haskouri Director – Head of UAE, JTC

Alia is Director and Head of JTC’s Dubai and Abu Dhabi Offices. Alia joined JTC’s Private Client Services division in 2020 as an Associate Director. Prior to joining JTC, Alia spent the previous five and half years of her career at Intertrust Dubai. Alia is responsible for maintaining and managing client relationships, the management of corporate structures and business development in the GCC region. Alia has been named in Citywealth’s Power Woman Awards in 2021 as a Rising Star.

Charlotte Evans-Tipping

Charlotte Evans-Tipping Partner, Forsters London

Charlotte is a Partner in Forsters’ Private Client team. She advises high net worth international individuals, families, trustees, beneficiaries, family offices and private banks on estate and succession planning, trust law and personal taxation. Her work focuses on the creation of wealth structures that are bespoke to the international individuals and families that she works with. This involves the creation and structuring of trusts, family governance, succession planning, residence, domicile and general UK tax planning work. Charlotte has particular expertise in advising clients from the Middle East in this field. Charlotte also has experience in wealth protection, risk analysis and defensive structuring. This work includes undertaking reviews of existing structures in order to identify weaknesses that would render them vulnerable to attack by third parties, regulatory authorities or other family members. Described as “relentlessly hard-working and brilliantly insightful”.

Rajah Abusrewil

Rajah Abusrewil Group Partner, Walkers

Rajah Abusrewil advises local and international fiduciaries, family offices and UHNWIs on all aspects of wealth structuring, specialising in matters of Jersey and Bermuda law. Rajah has extensive experience both in private practice and in-house, and has worked in London, Bermuda, Cayman, and Guernsey, with more than eighteen years' experience. She has carved a niche as a leader in the field who specialises in advising international families and family offices on the establishment, administration and termination of trusts, foundations, family offices and related structures, including risk review and mitigation for cross-border structures. Taking a lead in Walkers' international family office offering, Rajah regularly works with clients to create bespoke tailored solutions for their family requirements. She also focuses international business development in the Middle East region coordinating with colleagues from our multiple offices.
