Led by Faizal Bhana, Director – Middle East, Africa and India at Jersey Finance, and Mohammed Almarzouki, Partner at Clyde & Co. We are delighted to host a family business-focussed event in Riyadh, in partnership with Clyde & Co.

We will have a stellar line-up of leading experts from Saudi, the wider Gulf region and Jersey. They will explore the legal, financial/tax, structuring and practical considerations, both regionally and internationally, impacting family businesses in the context of rationalising, consolidating and structuring/restructuring their holdings.

The discussions will cover corporate holding structures, trusts and other structures typically used by family businesses to own assets, invest and operate businesses. The primary focus of the evening will be on exploring holding structures from a Saudi Law, English Law and Jersey Law perspective.

The event is particularly relevant to the Saudi-based professional advisory community, family offices, families and key players in the Gulf region’s private wealth and family enterprise ecosystem.
