Now in its third year, we are proud to host our annual event for women in the financial services and business in South Africa.

Led by our Market Development Consultant for Africa, Dr Rufaro Nyakatawa, this women-only event will focus on the personal journeys of leading professional women who share unique perspectives on their lived experiences that inspire others in the global finance industry.

We are thrilled to welcome our keynote speaker Peggy-Sue Khumalo. Peggy-Sue has a uniquely inspiring journey to share. From humble beginnings, she was crowned Miss South Africa in 1996 and received a scholarship from then State President Nelson Mandela in partnership with Investec to study Economics in the UK. She rose through the ranks in the financial services industry largely at Investec where currently she is the Head of Stakeholder Engagement. Peggy-Sue will share her journey and insights on how she leverages expertise to drive impactful change, and how women can embody the values of empowerment to achieve excellence.

Guests will also hear from Brenda Kali, an advocate of conscious ethical leadership. Brenda is the Founder and CEO of Conscious Companies, an organisation that provides an opportunity for leadership to positively reshape their thinking, behaviour, purpose and responsibility. Our delegates will leave inspired with practical tools they can apply in their personal and career journeys.

Afternoon tea will be served at the event, featuring a delightful range of sweet and savoury foods.
